Gift Cards: Knitch Gift Cards are the perfect gift for every knitter on your list. Gift Cards are available in the following denominations: $15, $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200. Gift Cards are packaged beautifully and delivered quickly to the recipent of your choice.
Gift Wrap: Any purchase from Knitch can be beautifully wrapped and packaged as a gift.
Registry: Register your gift preferences with us and we'll make sure that the gifts you receive from Knitch are exactly what you want! As an added bonus, we'll keep your needle inventory on file so you'll never purchase a duplicate (unless you want to, of course!)
Winding: We can wind your yarn for you! A fee of .25 per skein applies. Please note that we do not wind sale yarns.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card payments are handled through our secure server. If you prefer not to enter your credit card information online, please call us at 404 745 YARN to place your order or, you may send your order through the mail using a credit card for payment. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $75.00 within the continental United States.
Please be advised that duties and taxes may apply to orders shipped outside the continental US and are expected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Knitch has no control over taxes and duties assessed by customs or the carrier.
Our shipping cutoff for express orders is noon Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after this time will ship the next business day if merchandise is in stock.
Your credit card is billed at the time that we ship your order. Out-of-stock items are not billed to your credit card until we get the item in stock and deliver it to shipping.
Prices and Sales Tax
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
Sales taxes are based on the shipping address of your order. Georgia residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 8 percent on all products.
Returns
Yarn purchased on ShopKnitch.com may be returned in original, resalable condition within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Wound yarn may not be returned. We do not accept returns on books, patterns or needles. Please be sure to enclose your receipt and insure the package. Knitch is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please contact us via email (link) for a return authorization number prior to shipping.

Colors
We make every effort to photograph and present yarn colors accurately. Yarn is dyed in lots and computer monitors render color differently, for these reasons, variations may occur.
